Is any information related to email sent using the email feature in CA Service Catalog stored in the MDB?
To clarify, the email feature is available when managing requests by clicking the email from an open requests and/or from the action button.

From the CA Service Catalog UI, this information can be found under "Audit Trail" tab (see below screenshot)
Under the event details from the audit trail, you can see additional details about the email (see below screenshot)
In terms of the backend MDB, this information is stored in the usm_system_change and usm_system_change_detail MDB tables.
