Resolution

To turn off and then on High Availability (HA) on a cluster, follow these steps:

1 In the vSphere Client, navigate to the cluster in the hierarchy of inventory.

2 Click the configure tab and then vSphere Availability.

3 Unselect vSphere HA option, using the green slider and changing it to grey.

4 Click OK.

5 To turn on vSphere Availability/HA again

6 Click Settings again and select Turn ON vSphere HA, changing the slider from grey to green.

7 Click OK.

This process will cause a re-push of the HA agents and should resolve any alerts related to HA configuration.
