VCMP tunnel (between edge and VCG) flaps when VCG certificate is renewed

Issue/Introduction

The problem is related to to gateway certificate renewal. Whenever gateway certificate is renewed(usually once a ~month timeframe)
the gateway brings down all tunnels and reestablishes again. All customer at renewal time will encounter tunnel flapping for some short period of time.

Resolution

There is no workaround available. The issue is fixed in 5.2.3 and above release
