NSX - Insufficient diskspace to fulfill request

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to gather logs in the NSX UI by navigating to System > Support bundle > Request support Bundle and selecting the option "Upload the bundle to a remote file server", the following error is observed:

 "Insufficient diskspace to fulfill request."

Environment

NSX

Cause

The error occurs because there is insufficient space on the remote file server

Resolution

Free space on remote file server or download the bundle locally
