When viewing the Mobility Agent host within the vCenter inventory it displays an outdated Hypervisor version.
vCenter version: 8.0
HCX version: 4.10
Ensure no hosts in the vCenter inventory are at the version that the mobility agent is displaying.
Edit the service mesh and remove all vMotion services that use the Mobility Agent (MA) virtual host. These include Cross-cloud vMotion Migration, Replication Assisted vMotion Migration and HCX Assisted vMotion Migration).
**Please note that Bulk Migration, Disaster Recovery and OS Assisted Migration do not use vMotion or the MA virtual host. So if they are in use they may be left enabled. Hybrid Interconnect service and Network Extension services can also be left enabled.**
Allow the service mesh to to fully update and ensure that the Mobility Agent host is showing fully removed from the vCenter inventory.
After all tasks have completed edit the service mesh and add back whatever IX associated service are needed.
Allow the service mesh to fully update and all tasks to complete. Then verify that the Mobility Agent host is now showing the appropriate version.
If for any reason it is not, please gather a full HCX Manager support bundle including database dump and then raise a Support Request with Broadcom HCX Support.
