Cannot run PAM download installer for clustering

Issue/Introduction

While setting up clustering, accessing the WebUI of the primary cluster node and choosing to run "Install Cluster Node for Domain Orchestrator" 

The resultant file generated simply says "installation" and cannot be clicked in any way to start the installer

Environment

Release:  PAM 4.4 or higher

CA Process Automation

Cause

Sometimes, openJDK based installations will cause the installation file to remove the "jnlp" extension.

Resolution

Rename the "installation" file to "installation.jnlp" which should allow the given file to run for the install process.
