Unable to Export Rules for CSV File Data in TDM Portal

Issue/Introduction

While exporting the data generation rules for a csv type file, the export comes blank instead of the rules. This works fine for a relational database.
We are on TDM Portal v4.11.90

Environment

All supported versions of TDM

Cause

Currently not supported for flat files 

Resolution

This feature isn't supported for anything else other than relational databases.
