Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) appliance to 4.10, SEDR does not respond to SNMP command (for example, snmpwalk).

Environment

  • SEDR 4.10

Cause

Firewalld on SEDR blocks SNMP traffic.

Resolution

Please contact Broadcom Technical Support for manual remediation.
