Issue/Introduction

The device status of maintenance in Spectrum versus OI is out of synch.

• 72 of 1742 devices in the Devices global collection are in maintenance in Spectrum
• 0 of the 1738 devices from the Devices GC have Maintenance = True in OI.

How to fix this issue?

 

Environment

• DX OI SaaS
• DX OI on-premise 23.x and 24.1

Cause

This is a product limitation, enhancement request " C20347 - Sync Spectrum Maintenance schedules  with DXO2" has been created to address this limitation in the next DX OI 24.x onpremise release
