Issue/Introduction

The dirscan probe alarms randomly at 07:00 which is outside the scheduled active time of 04:00-06:00.

Environment

• dirscan probe v3.19
• OS: Windows 10 VM
• Robot: 23.4.1.1

Cause

• possible corruption of profile or the schedule or issue on a particlar server

Resolution

1. Deleted the dirscan profile and its schedule

2. Recreated the dirscan profile and its schedule

3. Rt-click and updated the probe version from v3.19 to 3.20

Then as a result, the dirscan probe no longer alarmed randomly at 07:00+ outside the scheduled active time of 04:00-06:00.

Yet several weeks later, it alarmed again outside of the schedule.

So the customer moved the dirscan monitoring to a different robot/server.

Then there was no reoccurrence of alarms outside of the defined schedule.
