NSX Federation unable to import due to these unsupported features

Issue/Introduction

In Global Manager UI -> Location Manager,  location reports an unsupported feature: policy. location.manager.config.onboarding.ipfix_dfw 

Environment

VMware NSX-T Datacenter

Cause

This is an expected error as in federation, ipfix is not supported by the Global Manager. 

Resolution

Steps to clear this error:

1. For each LM Site, go to VRNI and remove the site as a data source
2. In NSX local manager UI,  confirm that the collector and "global" profile are removed.
3. Start the config import in the Global Manager
4. After config import succeeds, add NSX LM as the source on VRNI
5. Confirm that collector and "global" profiles are created successfully.
