Cannot enable anomaly detection in our AIOPs tenant

Issue/Introduction

Go to the the page "Anomaly Detection Groups": 

the "Metrics enabled for Anomaly detection" counter at the top of the page seems to have become disconnected with the listed set of anomaly groups.

Ob our anomaly page, every group is disabled, but counter shows "50.0K/50.0K".

From past experience with this page, given that all groups are disabled, that should change the "Metrics enabled for Anomaly detection" counter at the top of the page to show 0/50.0K".

Yet, this counter is somehow stuck at "50.0K/50.0K".

We need to re-enable our anomaly detection groups (~700 metrics), but are unable to do so. 

Resolution

The backend cache needed clearing
