Why is parameter EPRTY no longer honored?

Issue/Introduction

I'm specifying EPRTY= in my SYSIN01 as part of the transfer parameters and it is not being honored. Why?

Resolution

Starting with XCOM r11.5 changes to the XCOM dispatching code were made and it no longer is responsible for selecting which transfers to dispatch. The transfers all run equal and their subtasks get dispatched by z/OS.
