Loading loop using Group By with Hebrew text and Per Period Metrics

Issue/Introduction

In a Clarity running on MS SQL Server database, when using the Group By in a column containing Hebrew text in a Grid that has a Per-Period Metric attribute, the data does not display (there is a loop of "Loading data... Please wait" message).

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. This is reproducible only on Clarity on MS SQL Server (not in Clarity on Oracle or PostgreSQL).
2. In the Projects grid view, use Hebrew language in any String attribute (for example, as a Project Name).
3. Add a Per-Periods Metric to the view, such as (Per-Periods Metric)-ETC.
4. Group by the column that has the attribute in Hebrew.

Expected Results: Data is shown grouped by the attribute.

Actual Results: A loop of  "Loading data... Please wait" message is displayed.

Environment

Clarity 16.2.2 on MS SQL Server database.
