In the Service Point, the Catalog forms are taking more time to load on refreshing.

Issue/Introduction
After selecting Catalog offering once if the user tries to reload or refresh the form it takes more time to load. Sometimes it takes 5 to 6 seconds or more. We can see the loading screen below:
Environment
CA Service Catalog 17.4 RU2
Resolution
The issue has been identified inhouse and the fix will be part of 17.4 RU3.
