Splunk App Deactivation Notification on Sept 5th is inaccurately being sent out some ORGs

Issue/Introduction

A Splunk App Deactivation Notification IPN for Sept 5th sent to CBC ORG's which are NOT affected (false positive notification) 

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: Any version
• Carbon Black Cloud Splunk Integration: All versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All versions 

Cause

IPN's were inaccurately sent to more ORGs on prod05 than were actually affected. 

Resolution

• If not using the Carbon Black Splunk App then this notification can be ignored
• This only affects the CBC Splunk App below version 2
