Jaspersoft tomcat as windows service – it is not starting

Issue/Introduction

We created tomcat as windows service – it is not starting

[info]  [ 6052] Running Service 'Tomcat9'...
[info]  [ 4632] Starting service...
[error] [14396] CreateJavaVM Failed with error [-6]
[error] [14396] The system cannot find the file specified.
[error] [ 4632] Failed to start Java
[error] [ 4632] ServiceStart returned 4.

Resolution

Below JVM option might be causing the issue – try removing this and start the service.
