DX UIM alarms forwarding to Moogsoft stops working if hub is upgraded to secure hub

Issue/Introduction

We have an integration with DX UIM and (third party tool) Moogsoft and since we have upgraded the hub to secure hub, the alarms forwarding is no longer occurring. 

Is the Moogsoft integration with DX UIM compatible with secure hub? 

Environment

DX UIM 20.4.* / 23.4.*

Cause

Because the hub is being upgraded to Secure, it is going to block any non secure connection. 

Resolution

It is expected that the secure hub will prevent the non-secure connection initiated by Moogsoft. 

The alternative is to forward the alarms to a non secure hub.
