Asset Users might contain a lot of orphan user accounts from removed machines

Issue/Introduction

On SMP Server Console in assets, after environment was in use for few years and many computers being deleted or retired, you might notice that there is some leftover users are showing (coming from inventory (ie: Administrator) in asset users view. It seems they are orphans objects, not associated with any computer/software.

Environment

ITMS 8.7.1, 8.7.2

Cause

When computer record deleted which might had previously user account associated, but then was replaced with other user (for example machine had WORKGROUP Administrator, and then joined to Domain)
