Issue/Introduction

Users will receive below error message .

Cause

This error occurs if theIdp Entity ID or issuer  already exists under jumpcloud.

Resolution

Kindly update the Idp Entity ID under jumpcloud to something else other than the one listed in the issuer and  Idp Entity ID field.
It can be any random name other the one one listed in the issuer and  Idp Entity ID field.
