Custom ISO API is incorrectly available for consumption in SDDC Manager

Issue/Introduction

Custom ISO APIs are not ready for consumption even though they are shown as available in the Developer Center, a 401 error will be returned when attempted.

This API is not to be used even though it is shown in Developer Center.
