Super Gateway recomputing timing

Issue/Introduction

The VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN Gateway has several roles. A Gateway with Control Plane role is called a Super Gateway and is assigned to an Enterprise. When the Super Gateway is changed, all Edges in the enterprise will receive a control plane update, which may cause a traffic impact. This KB describes when SuperGateway recomputation occurs.

Resolution

 Normally, the SuperGateway recalculation occurs at the following times. 

- When building the first Edge on Customer tenant
- When manually changing the SuperGateway.

However, if Super Gateway is in Quiesced mode during Gateway migration,  gateway re-calculation occur when there is a control plane update pushed by the Orchestrator (modifying device settings, adding a new edge and deleting the new edge, etc)
