Datapath CPU utilization in the monitor tab of Edge is N/A

Issue/Introduction

• You see "N/A" as Datapath CPU Utilization and Highest Utilization for a single core in the [Monitor] Tab of Edge nodes.
• get dataplane cpu stats on Edge CLI shows CPU usage as 0%.
• GUI shows correct CPU usage when it's more than 0%.

Environment

• VMware NSX-T Datacenter
• VMware NSX

Cause

This is a known issue that GUI shows CPU usage as N/A when it's 0%.

Resolution

Issue is fixed in NSX 4.2.1
