An application is not showing up in the Carbon Black Cloud console for App Vulnerabilities

Environment

Carbon Black Cloud Vulnerability Assessment: All Supported Versions

Cause

• The App is not in the supported list for Vulnerability App Assessment
• The CVE has no CPE data

Resolution

• The list of supported Apps for Vulnerability Assessment is posted here
• To request new apps to be supported please submit the request from the Carbon Black Cloud -> Help -> Submit Feedback
• Also be aware that CVE listings without a CPE may also not show as we don't have the data to compare application versions
