Issue/Introduction

Applying Aria Operations for Logs 8.18 Hot Fix 1(Build Number: 24179185) in Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.18 results in:

Environment

Aria Suite Lifecycle 8.18 (Build Number: 24029603 )
Aria Operations for Logs 8.18 (Build Number: 24021974)

Cause

This is a known issue caused by the API response from Aria Operations for Logs to Aria Suite Lifecycle when the Hot Fix installation is initiated.

Resolution

The error in LCM is superficial. The Hot Fix successfully installs in Aria Operations for Logs after the error is received in Aria Suite Lifecycle.

After the patch is completely installed in Aria Operations for Logs, update the inventory in Aria Suite Lifecycle to reflect the patch version using the steps below:

1. Log in to Aria Suite Lifecycle UI
2. Click Lifecycle Operations
3. Click Environments
4. Click View Details in the environment with the Aria Operations for Logs 8.18 product
5. Click the Logs tab
6. Click the ... button
7. Select Trigger Inventory Sync

Will be fixed in Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.2 release.
