HCX 4.8 with trusted vCenter SHA1 cert preventing Mobility Agent from deploying

Issue/Introduction

When deploying the service mesh the following error is received. "Service Mesh modification failed. Process Service Mesh failed. Interconnect Service Workflow interconnectConfigureMA failed. Error: Adding Mobility Agent Host Failed. A general System error occurred: Unable to push CA certificates and CRLs to host"

Cause

After upgrading to HCX version 4.8 or newer SHA1 is no longer supported by default by HCX.
