Issue/Introduction

When login to APM SaaS, we need to use the below production link to login every time but after login url is getting changed to hosted link. So if we are sharing hosted link, users are unable to login.

The issue is that if we are sharing any dashboard link or any other link, then always user needs to login with the initial production then only users will be able to access to dashboard link. Can you please advise how we can fix this issue?

Resolution

Issue with SAML login URL. Get an error when accessing directly. This shows it is not an OI issue at the moment.
