DX OI - The service_health metrics are not available in the SLI calculation.

Issue/Introduction

The service health metrics are expressed as a percentage, which means they do not fall into a numeric category. As a result, service health metrics were not included in the SLI calculation.

DX OI 23.x, 24.x

Cause

The problem is related to defect DE613685 

Resolution

Apply DX OI 24.HOTFIX#3 available from Broadcom Download Site - DX Operational Intelligence
