Issue/Introduction

When switching from Azure AD to AuthHub Azure AD you may need to remove the existing connection which will drop any domains that have been claimed.

When then moving to AuthHub Azure AD you will find that only the domain of the configuring user is claimed, and there will be no option to claim additional domains present within the UI.

Users that then attempt to sign in via SSO that belong to domains other than that which is claimed in the setup process will receive error "Sorry, we are unable to log you in at this time.".

Resolution

Please submit a support request outlining which domains you require to be claimed for the application, and pass back a screenshot of the domains within Entra ID via:

  1. Open Azure Portal
  2. Open Entra ID
  3. Select Custom Domain Names from the left nav
  4. Search on the domain(s) you wish to claim and pass back a screenshot alongside you request to validate the domain is claimed within your Azure Tenancy.

Support will then claim the domains on your behalf via an internal tool.

If the lack of extra domain claims has the potential to block your usage of CloudHealth at a critical time, please pass through the above screenshots as part of a support ticket beforehand. CloudHealth support will setup a call with you to run through the process and ensure the domains are claimed at the time of migration.
