AppNeta: How to convert an interface port from Usage to Delivery / Experience.

Issue/Introduction

On AppNeta r90 and r1000 Monitoring Points, ports 1 and 3 can be configured for either Usage or Delivery/Experience monitoring. To change the port type you need to delete the port and add it again as the type you want. See the below example for switching from Usage to Delivery / Experience. 

Environment

AppNeta Monitoring Point: r90
AppNeta Monitoring Point: r1000

Resolution

Log into the R1000
Click Usage Monitoring Settings > Capture interfaces

Delete the eth3

Note: Do not restart the Monitoring Point or restart networking at this point.

Add an interface under Network Settings > Network Interface

Now we can restart the Monitoring Point. The port can be used for Delivery/Experience monitoring.
