Issue/Introduction
- iDRAC system logs show a component bus 24 error.
- ESXi host logs do not have any Hardware errors.
Cause
This is a hardware error on the Dell PowerEdge server.
Resolution
To resolve this issue :
- Run Hardware Diagnostics on the PowerEdge server.
- Collect logs from the Life Cycle Controller on the Dell Server.
- Contact Dell Support.
