After a successful fresh installation of Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.18, vIDM 3.3.7, and Aria Automation 8.18 using Easy Installer, login to Aria Automation is unsuccessful. The screen remains stuck at "Cloud Services Console."

The VM where the browser is running is not synchronized with the configured NTP servers in the infrastructure, including Aria Automation. The system time on the VM is ahead of the NTP server. This time mismatch causes authentication failures, preventing successful login.
You can configure time synchronization for your standalone or clustered VMware Aria Automation deployment by using the Network Time Protocol (NTP).
