API GW container not getting up because of CPU does not support x86-64-v2

Issue/Introduction

 The container is unable to start and it is continuously restarting when an upgrade is being tried to made from Gateway 10 to Gateway 11, It is getting the Fatal glibc error: CPU does not support x86-64-v2.

Cause

The docker image is based on redhat UBI the glib version in this image seems to require a newer cpu which supports x86-64-v2.

Resolution

The gateway 10 image was based on a old Centos version which is EOS. need to upgrade the cpu to model which support v2
