When reviewing Orchestrator (vRO) workflows through Aria Automation, or direct through Aria Orchestrator, the Logs tab in the in the user interface may be blank (black screen).
The issue can present as intermittent and does not always have a correlation with timing or delay.
For example, older workflows may have the logs in the UI but a workflow that just completed could be blank.

In higher volume environments, the indexing of logs written to the filesystem can take longer than the Orchestrator client call to retrieve/display the logs in the user interface. As there is no reattempt to collect logging made by the Orchestrator client, the tab output will display a blank (or black) output.
There is also a scenario where background workflows which have not completed for a long period of time may also cause disruptions in workflow logs in the user interface.
Note that the log output is still captured in the filesystem which, accessible via the appliance CLI, but just not displayed to the UI.
This is a known limitation related to a combination of timing and workflow volume.
In the event of long running workflows that are stuck, cancelling them will allow the normal indexing of logs for subsequent workflows so that they appear in the user interface.
If this is impacting workflow review or troubleshooting in your environment you will want to implement a log aggregator (Aria Operations for Logs for example) to capture and review the logs.
