Issue/Introduction

Unable to connect to Boxi: Could not reach CMS '<CABI Hostname>. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)

Environment

Windows - Spectrum 10.2.3 or below integrated with CABI 4.1 SP3 or below 
 

Resolution

1. Ensure the Windows Firewall is disabled or allows unrestricted communication between Spectrum and the CABI systems

2. Ensure host resolution by completing the following:
Navigate to the following file:
C:/windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts
One the OneClick Server, add the following:
<Full Qualified CABI Server Name> <IP Address of Server>
On the CABI Server, add the following:
          <Full Qualified OneClick Server Name> <IP Address of Server>
