Upgrading Access Gateway web agent

Issue/Introduction

When Access Gateway is upgraded does the web agent associated with it also get upgraded?  If not, how is the web agent upgrade performed?

Resolution

Yes, when Access Gateway is upgraded the web agent associated with it is also upgraded.  There is no way to upgrade the Access Gateway web agent without upgrading Access Gateway.

Additional Information

The web agent error log prints the web agent version every time Access Gateway starts.  The line contains the following information:

CA Access Gateway Agent, Version 12.8 QMR07, Update None, Label 2758
