ConnectALL does not sync the Jira labels added with 32+ characters to Rally Tags

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation between Jira <> RallyV2 Adapter with field mapping between Jira(labels) <> Rally(Tags)
2. Create a ticket on Jira and let it sync to Rally
3. Add multiple labels under 10 characters, sync the ticket update to Rally and, verify the Tags field
4. Add one more label under 30 characters, sync the ticket update to Rally  and, verify the Tags field
5. Add one more label above 32 characters, sync the ticket update to Rally and, verify the Tags field

Expected Results: 
Tags will not get updated when a Label with 32+ length is added in Jira

 

Actual Results:
Not sure. But it should not affect the other Tags. There should be a better way to handle this scenario with both Create and Update.
