Issue:

The Universal Job Management Agent no longer start with no message telling the root cause

The unifstat command shows SCHA component INACTIVE

Universal Job Management Agent on any Windows Server

Cause:

In the Application log of the Windows NT Event Viewer, several Licensing errors were registered

Resolution:

 Upgraded license code which is in the CA_LIC directory on the Windows server from 1.54 to 1.90
