Issue/Introduction

While doing PROD deployment; one of the agent installed server  didn't get auto Disabled/Enabled via F5 (Load Balancer).

 

In one among the step of deployment process; F5 Disable IIS A , F5 Enable IIS A steps which triggers the enable/disable automatically in all the A set of servers; however it didn’t do it for one of the servers and hence we had to do it manually by logging into F5 Portal.

CA RA / Nolio: All versions

Resolution

This particular server  was missing in the CARA Agent Assignment. It has been added and issue is resolved.
