Column order changes after page refresh

Issue/Introduction

At times when you reorder the columns on the grid view, the order specified is not preserved after the page is refreshed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Go to MUX Project grid
2. Add a few columns to the grid view (include Priority and Corporate priority columns)
3. Pin some columns to the right: Let's say Manager, % Complete, Priority and Corporate Priority
4. Refresh the page
5. Note the columns are on the same order as they were 
6. Drag the Priority and Corporate priority attributes from the pinned area and drop them on the non-pinned area
7. Refresh the page

Expected Results: The column order is retained

Actual results: The column order is not preserved
