spark chart tick mark for no data is confusing

Issue/Introduction

In List Designer, I have a Spark chart column and some of the robots are missing data.

It is hard to tell if they are missing data or if this just has a single small column representing a small value:

Resolution

In DX UIM 20.4.3 (CU3) which is due around the end of 2024 this will be updated.

Charts without data will say "no data" instead of a tick mark.
