Issue/Introduction

You deployed a new SpanVA OS into ESXi. However after starting up the VM, the OS is stuck at the boot manager screen:

Resolution

This is because a thrid party tool is used to import the SpanVA OVA file into the VMware ESXi. If you directly import from Vcenter, the SpanVA OS then can load successfully.
