Issue/Introduction

Header of column in list view of classic gets lost when there is horizontal and vertical scroll and with large column name 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity Classic UX 
2. Navigate to list view of any object, for example Risk 
3. Update the label name of one attribute to minimum 50 character
4. Ensure the screen size is small or not fully maximized in order to have horizontal and vertical scroll 

Expected Results: The header of the list view should be static 

Actual Results: Header of column in list view of classic gets lost when there is horizontal and vertical scroll and with large column name 

Environment

Clarity Version 16.2.x 

Cause

DE153282

Resolution

DE153282 is determined a problem with third party library and wont be fixed. Workaround is to use the modern ux grids
