Issue/Introduction

"#0 1.326 error: cannot update repo 'ubi-9-baseos-rpms': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried; Last error: Status code: 403 for https://usw1-edge.packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/gateway-redhat-ubi-rpm/dist/ubi9/9/x86_64/baseos/os/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 0.0.0.0)

Environment

API Gateway 11.1 (Container form-factor)

Resolution

Updated the repo url with the below, the build was successful.
