Issue/Introduction

After starting the OneClick Tomcat process users are not able to log into the main OneClick Administration page (http://<OC_Host>:port/spectrum)

A Web Server Error Has Occurred message shows.

When looking at the tomcat log, the following is seen:

Error starting association watch on domain: <SpectroSERVER HOST NAME> for models:{model_handle} with error: {0}org.omg.CORBA.TRANSIENT:  vmcid:  0x0 minor code: 0 completed: No

Cause

Network issue on tomcat startup prevented a proper CORBA connection.

Resolution

You will need to review the log to look at the domain name (which is the name of the SS and has been removed from this screenshot):

On that SpectroSERVER, you will need to stop the SS and stop processd.  Restart processd and the SS.  It is imperative that you stop processd as the CORBA initialization needs to be restarted.
