When installing the DCS manager, the UMC registration fails
Configuration log indicates a blocked connection to the database

Windows firewall, Windows User Account Control or Security applications such as SEP can block a connection to the database, causing the UMC registration to fail
Ensure that User Account Control settings are turned off during the entirety of the install
Ensure that Windows Defender Firewall is turned off during the entirety of the install,
Ensure that the database and UMC ports are not being blocked by another firewall
Ensure that SEP is turned off during the entirety of the install
