Warning on VCD UI stating - "Transfer Folder is % free"

Issue/Introduction

This is a warning message in the UI for Administrators indicating that there is a potential issue with the available space on the Transfer Directory.

VMware Cloud Director UI shows the following warning:

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

Transfer Directory on VCD (/opt/vmware/vcloud-director/data/transfer) has less available space.

Resolution

Confirm that there is available space in the Transfer Directory using the following command:

cd opt/vmware/vcloud-director/data/transfer

df -h

If no space is available, either the NFS size will need to be increased or old files should be cleared from the transfer directory. Please open a case with Broadcom Technical support for further information.
