Issue/Introduction

One behavior quite commonly we have observed that if we are working on a MUX screen, for some reason it just redirects to the Home screen of Classic UI without any reason or action taken by the user.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to MUX
2. Internet connection gets interrupted.
3. User redirected to home page (Classic in this case) as defined in Relaystate.

Expected Results: It should bring user back where they were.

Actual Results: It is taking user to Home Page as defined in the customer's SSO Relaystate.

Resolution

DE116266, Fixed in 16.3.0.

Some specific network interruption calls will no longer initiate SSO login flow and user will remain on the page where they were at the time of network glitch.
