Unable to delete network subnets must be specified for connected segment

Issue/Introduction

• When deleting a network you get an error similar to:
  Request failed due to: Segment path=[/infra/segments/aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee] has invalid input: subnets must be specified for connected segment.: vmware_nsxlib.v3.exceptions.ManagerError: Segment path=[/infra/segments/aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee] has invalid input: subnets must be specified for connected segment.

Cause

When VIO attempts to clear DHCP configuration prior to segment deletion (an operation required by NSX) NSX fails the operation because the segment is still connected to a router.

Resolution

Create a support case with Broadcom support for review of the error(s) so we can determine exact steps to resolve.  Please capture VIO and NSX logs to upload with the case.
