Issue/Introduction

We have introduced a DropDown list for the Distribution ID in both the Report List and Cross Report List screens of Web Viewer 12.1

This enhancement is particularly beneficial for users transitioning from Bundl and Dispatch, as it mirrors their familiar experience of viewing mail codes and recipients.

Environment

Cause

Now, View users can effortlessly select their Distribution ID from a pull-down menu, eliminating the need to memorize or manually enter IDs. This improvement streamlines the workflow by simplifying the selection process and increasing efficiency.

Resolution

The following Web Viewer PTF is available: LU14492 Build 243 - DistID DropDown

This is a Web Viewer 12.1 enhancement and the following 2 ptf’s are also required.  

• DRAS: LU13999 NEW FEATURE: SUPPORT FOR VIEW DISTRIBUTION ID LIST
• VIEW: LU14000 NEW FEATURE: SUPPORT FOR DISTRIBUTION ID LIST IN DRAS 

There is a WVProfile.properties file update needed for the use of Distribution list dropdown.   This feature is disabled by default.

• FEATURES.DistributionList=Yes (Enables Distribution list feature)   <---------------
• FEATURES.DistributionList=No (Disables Distribution list feature)
